I value your time, and my schedule is crafted with care specifically for each appointment. To keep things running smoothly, I kindly ask my clients to adhere to the following:

1. Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments may incur a 50% service fee. No shows or forgotten appointments will result in prepayment before booking another appointment.

2. High-Value Services:

For services such as cosmetic tattooing (PMU) or multi-hour sessions, a non-refundable deposit up to 25% may be required to secure your spot.

 

3. Hair Extensions

Extension hair must be paid in full before ordering. All hair sales are final - no refunds or exchanges once purchased.

4. Emergencies Happen:

I get it—sometimes life intrudes. Simply reach out as soon as you can. In emergencies (health concerns, severe weather), late fees may be waived at my discretion.

 

5. How to Cancel:

You can cancel or reschedule via your booking link, or text. Please include your name and appointment date/time for clarity.

Your appointment is reserved just for you—I often can’t fill last-minute openings, and these fees help sustain fair scheduling for all clients.
